Calendar of Events

EWYC Activities

Enhancing and brightening the lives of East Windsor’s youth by providing a safe, substance-free place to relax  as well as opportunities to  serve the community.

EWYC is a place youth can come to watch TV or movies; play video games, cards, or board games; grab a bite to eat; or just plain relax. In addition to regular center activities, there will be some theme nights such as weekly dinners provided by local restaurants, movie nights, and karaoke parties.

There will also be various programs, workshops, and field trips scheduled.

The East Windsor Youth Center is funded solely through tax-exempt donations and staffed by volunteers. If you would like to volunteer your time in any capacity, let us know!

Volunteer Needs

The East Windsor Youth Center provides and all-inclusive, safe,  substance-free environment where it is our mission to motivate youth to succeed in every aspect of their lives. Our programs provide a wide range of activities for children in grades five through twelve designed to develop social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills in an all for one, one for all atmosphere. Through partnership with the community and the families of our youth, it is our belief in the strength of the human spirit that guides us to treat everyone with dignity, compassion and respect as we prepare them to respond to and resolve life’s challenges.  The hope is that each person who walks through our doors is able to have a positive experience where they feel friendship and acceptance.

Located at 147 Main Street in the Broad Brook section of town

Special thanks to the Mashentucket Tribe
